CoMind terms of use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use CoMind. They are short on purpose. How we handle your information is in our privacy notice, which sits alongside these terms.

Who we are and who can use CoMind

CoMind is run by Jupifrel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17488218). You can reach us at info@comind.life.

CoMind is for people aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you are.

You agree to these terms by emailing CoMind or using your board. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What CoMind does and does not do

CoMind keeps track of your life admin. You email it things; its AI reads them, keeps notes, and shows you what needs doing and when.

It is written by AI, and AI gets things wrong. A date can be misread, a price mixed up, a letter misunderstood. Check anything important against the original before you rely on it - especially dates, amounts and deadlines.

It is not advice. CoMind is not financial, medical, legal or insurance advice. On those subjects it can lay out your options, what they cost, what to check and your next step, but the choice is yours. For a decision that matters, speak to someone qualified.

It is not for emergencies. CoMind cannot help with medical questions or anything urgent. For that, contact a doctor or your local emergency services.

It never acts for you. It does not contact anyone, pay anything, cancel anything or change an account on your behalf. If something needs doing, you do it.

It is a reminder, not a guarantee. CoMind can miss something, or remind you late. You stay responsible for your own deadlines, renewals and bills.

What you may send us

Send CoMind your own life admin: letters, renewals, bookings, receipts, and your own thoughts about them.

Other people. Your admin will mention family and friends. Only send details about someone else that they would be happy for you to share. By sending them, you confirm you are entitled to.

Please do not send:

You must not use CoMind to:

Our AI provider, Anthropic, has its own rules on what its AI may be used for (its Usage Policy), and you agree to follow them too. If you break these rules we may pause or close your account (see Ending).

Your information

It stays yours. Everything you send, and the notes CoMind makes from it, belongs to you. You can ask for a copy at any time, as plain files you can open anywhere, or ask us to delete it all.

What you let us do with it. You allow us, and the companies that run CoMind for us, to store, copy, read and work on what you send, only as far as is needed to run CoMind for you. We do not sell it, show you adverts, or use it to train AI.

Health details. We ask before keeping any, and you can take your yes back at any time. The AI can miss one; if it does, tell us and we will remove it.

The privacy notice explains all of this in full: what we keep, who else handles it, how long for, and your rights.

Price, changes and ending

Price. CoMind is free while it is in early access. It will become a paid product, and we will give you at least a month's notice before anything changes. Early members will get a better deal. You will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

Changes to CoMind. CoMind is new and will change. We may add, change or remove features, and there may be times it is unavailable. We may limit how much or how quickly CoMind works for you, for example answering overnight rather than straight away, or when the service is busy.

Changes to these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using CoMind.

Ending. You can stop at any time. Just stop using it, or email info@comind.life to have everything deleted.

We may pause or close your account if you break these terms, or if we have to by law. Where we can, we will warn you first.

If CoMind closes. If we decide to close CoMind, we will give you at least a month's notice. If a company CoMind depends on stops us providing it, we may not be able to give any notice, but we will tell you as soon as we can. Either way, if you ask us, we will use reasonable endeavours to help you get a copy of your information.

After a year without using CoMind, we email you a warning, then delete your information if you do not come back [In development].

Our responsibility to you

We will run CoMind with reasonable care and skill, and look after your information as the privacy notice describes.

What we are not responsible for:

If we are responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is £100, or what you paid us in the 12 months before, if that is more.

Your legal rights come first. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our responsibility for anything the law does not let us exclude - such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

If you live in the United States

Prices. CoMind is free during early access. When it becomes paid, US prices will be in US dollars, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

No warranties. COMIND IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ACCURACY. CoMind is written by AI and can be wrong; check anything important before relying on it.

Limit on what we pay. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR A MISSED DEADLINE, LATE FEE OR PENALTY, AND THE MOST WE WILL PAY FOR ANY CLAIM IS $100 OR WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS MORE. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Which law applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That does not take away any protection the law of the state where you live gives you and that cannot be given up by agreement, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your home state.

Your rights come first. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under your state's consumer protection or privacy laws.

Law, contact and complaints

Contact. Email info@comind.life. A person reads it, not the AI.

Complaints. Please tell us first and we will try to put it right.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts, and you keep the protections of your own law.

The rest. If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are between you and us; nobody else can enforce them.
